In other news, I'm totally looking forward to seeing Heather this weekend! My cousin mentioned something about having a gathering at her house...anyone up for it?

I went to the dentist yesterday and now I have a raging headache...damn!

Wolf has been on a tear lately. He nipped at Max when Max walked by him the other day and he's jumped on the back of Dad's legs as Dad goes to walk by me to ... warn him? I don't know. He's got a wild shiba hair up his rear, haysus!

Laura, I've gotten MORE compliments on that scarf you gave me! EVERYONE loves it!

It's entirely possibly my phone is dying...I hope not, but it's acting very strangely!

And the last thing on my mind...I'm thinking about getting a new car, a Honda Fit. Anyone seen them?

little cars make me giggle. since my crash 'em up a couple weeks ago i've started looking for a new one, though technically i need to keep my CR-V for another year or so... the one thing really holding me back - having to replace my super cool bumper stickers.

i would totally go to Maribeth's! what day? i'm booked all day saturday (neighborhood breakfast in the morning and annual college roommate part in the evening) but sunday is all cool... and we're close! (relatively)

They are very small. I mean, I looked at them as part of my whole "need more cargo room" kick and ruled them out rather quickly.

I don't know much about the new lil' honda but it look cute, and it'a honda..so you can't go wrong! What's the new license plate gonna say?

Have fun with Heather. I wish I can meet up but I have to go dress shopping with my friend for her Wedding on Saturday...which I'm sure will be a LONG day and Sunday we are celebrating my Step Dad's b-day. Maybe next time!

Compliments on THAT scarf?? Umm starting to wonder about the people you hang out with girl..BUT if people are saying they LIKE it, say your friend in NJ made it..that would be me. Then you can mention how talented I am, just sayin..

It's always "interesting" to see my name pop up, even when it's not me that you're referring to. So in light of that, I'd like to thank the other Laura for the great scarf she gave you, too.
She's giving all Laura's a good name and keeping our standards high...

LOL!

And I really like the Honda! In the gallery, there's a photo that shows the back seat folding down to accomodate the surf board. I have that option in our SUV and I love it.
It's especially good when traveling because if there are people in the back seat, the rear seat can be folded down so the dog can move around more easily.

If you take your dogs places on occassion, this looks like a great car for them! LOL

btw, maybe you better remind Wolf just who is the Alpha dog around there. ;)

I've had 3 Honda's in the past 8 years and loved them all. We're looking to get a second one to replace the evil Saturn SUV we have, but I don't think we'll go as small as the Fit. Kid and all would make it too tiny. It's cute though! My nerdy side made me look it up on Consumer Reports and it got a good rating overall (except acceleration- duh!)

PS I went to the dentist today! And yes, I have a headache!

I like the fit as long as max and wolf and all your camera stuff will "fit" - giggles yea I crack myself up like that! Have a great weekend I am :( I will miss seeing Heather but I will think of you all from the beach!

I just did a review of the FIT, actually for my new job, and it's on my list of possible cars to purchase this year, actually.

I didn't even look at the rest of the post, just Snapey! But I must say that I'm distraught cos I've just reread "The Half-Blood Prince" where Snape...you know... and Dumbledore...I don't want to say it in case someone hasn't read this book....but waaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!!!!
