I'm with the other folks- chewed up (by the 4 legged babies) plastic measuring cup, I'll go with 1/3 c. for the sake of being highly specific seeing that I'm in on this rather late in the day. ;-)

Well ... the first impression I had on this thing will be some sort of planet but then I take a closer look... seems like some chewed toy....

It looks like some kind of food, maybe a broccoli stem or cabbagey thing...
My first thought was it is a cactus, but maybe it is an aloe plant chewed by the dogs and that aliens shed and changed it into a plastic measuring cup.
