Drove to New Haven, CT yesterday to participate in a surprise party for my cousin, Maribeth. It was planned and put together by her sister, Mel, who did an OUTSTANDING job!

Maribeth thought she was going to enjoy a nice turkey dinner with Mel and her family and their parents, and instead, she got a bit of a surprise in the form of her daugther, my Dad and me!

Since lots of us in the family are shutterbugs, tons of pictures were taken! Unfortunately, my camera decided to have a headache, so I'm letting him rest a bit, then I'll try to download the pictures I took (96 LOL). In the meantime, here's one by Mel and one taken with my other camera:

That was an incredibly awesome thing to do and sounded like you all had a fab time. It was good to see pics of you. Now I can think of you with a face!!!
In my mind I had your pic, the one in the red sweater taking a pic, whenever you post or email me.
You know, we should put up side by sides and see how much we look alike.
