Thirteen Halloween Pictures

These are taken by my blogless cousin Mel...the house is located near where she lives in North Haven, CT; each day the owner puts more things out and Mel went by as often as she could, photographing the progression of the Halloween decorations and sharing them with me (and you!)

I saw this one on the way home tonight and just had to get a shot...hard to do cause it's a busy street and there's no place to pull off. Thankfully the traffic stopped at an opportune time for me! I'm so doing these on my lawn next year!

I like the pumpkin on a stick things. Not sure what you'd call them, but they're cool. Even to me the spider looks a bit icky.

I love the pumpkins, but they are really sort of scary...like heads on pikes. The others are amazing, especially the old guy with the all blue eyes a la Dune...

Halloween is such a fun holiday, isn't it! Our dept's annual Halloween party is tomorrow, so I'll get a chance to wear my costume a drink some extremely dubious punch then. Wish me luck. I have a feeling I'll need it!

That guy must be getting lots of traffic slowing by his house to see the spook scene! I only saw the foliage views on Halloween. Lots of orange.

i love your blog layout, professor snape is my favorite character! i wouldn't read the 7th book for the longest time because i was so mad at him for what he did at the end of the 6th book. but now i love him! haha.
