There's something about the first snow of the season that's magical. It makes me giggle and want to go out and make snow angels! It's pretty with the autumn colors shining through.

Which picture do you like best? It's the same one, with different photoshop techniques applied.

Wow, that's amazing that it's the same photo. I like the last one with the black and white touch. It gives me more the feeling of winter.....BBbbrrrrr :-)

If you go out and make a snow angel in that you will wind up with road rash ! LOL wait for a few more inches!

I always dread the first snow (because I hate cold weather), but then I see how happy Willow and Stella are about it, and I can't help but be happy too.

I like 2 & 3 though 4 does look more wintery.

I like the upper right one. You can really see the trasition between fall and winter.

I was immediately drawn to the one in the upper right, but I couldn't put my finger on why, exactly. Then I saw tommiea's comment and that nails it perfectly!

Something else that struck me about this photo that I think is so cool: it looks like you're looking down onto a model display! Everything looks so tiny & perfectly placed!

I like the way snow looks, but I hate to be cold. Hate it! Personally, I like the black and white shot. But I’m weird that way. ;-)

I like the top right. I'm impressed at your attitude. First snow here? I get really cranky and grump around until it's gone. Yes, I'm five years old.

I think I like #2 the best. I'm glad you're enjoying the snow. I lived in the mountains for 4 years and I think I got all the snow I will ever need!

I like #3 because it really shows the snow more but you also have the color still in the tree. Man nothing not a flake stuck here.

Love the time lapse of the images. I was so excited to get our first piddly snow on Wednesday...it had to be a birthday present from God to me. Just a nod in my direction that we will get some snow this season.
