Wolf's blood work came back fine! Liver and kidneys functioning properly, white blood cell count fine, blood sugar fine! I didn't have them test for rabies, as they'd've had to take his brain, and I'm sure he needs that for the next 10 years or so.

PHEW!!!

So...it was a random seizure, hopefully. I'm not going to schedule him for an MRI or CAT scan (how wrong would that be, a CAT scan for a dog!!!) at this point. I'm going to monitor him, and have Dad keep an eye on him as well.

My newest flip flops; the piratey skull ones are an early birthday present from Megan and the silvery ones I picked up last night at JC Penney's.

I am so glad he is okay.

Montana used to have seizures. Alot of them. They are super, super scary....actually made my mother cry.....we finally were able to trace the seizures to those wonderful pigs ears that they sell that dogs love so much? We stopped giving them to her, she stopped having seizures.....might be related to something he is eating or something in his environment (Febreeze has caused seizure type symptoms in some animals as well)

Both dogs I've owned have had seizures. One was diagnosed with epilepsy brought on by excitement. The other dog was just the occasional random seizure, which become slightly more common as she aged. Never really bothered either of them, just wobbly for awhile afterwards, and spacier than usual. ;-)

Whew! I'm so glad about Wolf. I was sending him good thoughts all day yesterday. :-) Kids like to pull stuff on you like that right before a trip. LOL

Oh thank goodness (you can forget the email I sent you on that). I'm glad everything turned out okay :) It's a very scary thing to see your baby go through something like this.

So they did say it was a Seizure? from what you described though, I don't think you have anything to worry about...so enjoy your trip okay?

I knew it. He doesn't want you to go to Vegas without him. It wasn't a seizure, it was a tantrum.
