My brother, who fixes/rebuilds/sets up computers on the side, recently told me about a family he met while doing this; the daughter, Minna, has cerebral palsy & Reiger's syndrome and is wheelchair bound. She's 24, lives with her mother (her father passed away from cancer in 1999) and they don't have a lot of money.
