You've won $100,000 -- but have to give it all away. To which charity or institution would you donate it? I'd donate it to Buddy Dog in Sudbury, MA...it's a no kill shelter, which means they need lots of dog and cat food. Plus it's where I got my dog, Max, so I think of them with fondness.

What do you think is the most soothing sound? Without a doubt, rain. One of my favorite places to be during a rain storm is in my bed, curled up with a good book and a warm blanket.

Does time heal all wounds? Physical wounds, yes. Emotional wounds...well, as time passes, the ache gets a bit less, but the wound, unfortunately, never completely goes away.

One of my favorite sounds is the ocean....THAT to me is the most soothing, calming feeling along with the warm sun on my skin..........ahhhhhh..........its almost hypnotic!

I support a local no-kill shelter. That's where I got my Gatsby too. Max is putting on such a tough guy act in that shot. ;-) We all know he's a sweetie.

I answered rain for #2 too. I just love the sound. I'm with you on the good book and a blanket too. There's nothing in the world so calming and relaxing...

I wish that time healed wounds but I think that is something that we have to do ourselves. I wonder if some wounds are even able to be healed? I'd like ot hope so. :-)

I would also donate to a re-homing project for dogs, Greyhounds though! In Australia, more than 20,000 pups are whelped for mainly racing, with less than 2% making it worthwile for the owner/trainers. The rest, well you might imagine. We have a rescued Greyhound, who is a loving caring dog and lives with a cat even!
