Here's last Wednesday's picture:

And this is what it was cropped from:

Someone holding some playing cards as viewed through a glass of bubbly!
That ANY of you could tell it was a hand or better yet, a finger, was amazing to me! I'm SO not good at these guessing games lol! And many of you DID guess it was a hand holding something, good for you!
DebR: "Ok, actually it looks to me like a hand holding something...a LUSH product maybe?...as seen in a foggy, water-droplet-splattered mirror.".
MissMeliss: "Well, it looks like someone holding a bath scrubby or some such, as viewed through glass or in a mirror.".
Jack: "A hand in ice.".
Shirley: "It's a finger holding a caterpiller, as viewed by someone who's had a few too many drinks.".
My cousin, Mel: "This is an easy one... It's Snape's hand holding a bath sponge as he washes your back. What a bath that must have been! LOL!!".
My GOOD friend MaryEllen: "It's my claw hand coming out of the grave to get you. Cause I don't care, you marry my son and I'll kill you even AFTER you do it over my dead body." (she's SERIOUS y'all!!!).
RacerX said: "It looks like a hand that is just being pushed underwater causing bubbles.".
Indigo: "Michele sent me, and I think that's someone's finger behind a shower door.".
ScaryLoo: "Its a ghost holding a baby's finger".
Monique: "its the smudge of Capt. Jack's thumb on your steamy bathroom mirror... or perhaps the steamy mirrored headboard of your bed?".
As always, thanks for playing! By the way, all photos used in What Is It Wednesday are marked as "private" in my flickr account...that's so no one can view the picture at a bigger size to get a better look!
Comments
Whatever this is it should be locked away in a sealed box and never seen again.
The colour says fish to me - salmon or trout, though why it has a hole in it is beyond me - the missing eye?. On green salady stuff perhaps?
I was going to guess a piece of chicken with a hole in it....but it also looks like a part of an ooyey gooey mask made of who knows what.
Looks like a dragon's eye, but the eye is missing!!
a peach.
A tomato !!!!
Oh lord no! Do I even open my mouth (or unleash my fingers, as it were)? I don't think I can. Speechless? It is probably for the best, don't you think. ;)
Im not even going there...........
I'm with mel. A tomato. perhaps one bitten by a squirrel or a worm.
Eeeek! Whatever it is it looks scary!
Oh, Ack! I just don't know...and I'm not sure if I want to know either.
Hey, did Dominatrix Barbie get a littel too carried away with one of her whips or something and lose some flesh?
There are just too many ways to wrong with this one. My brain hurts from the possibilities. Well my brain could actually hurt as a result of the 70s too.
That is pretty darn gross...I am not sure what it is but the picture is gross :)
At first glance it made me think of the yucky mouth of one of those algae eating fish, but after considering it a bit it also makes me think of a slice of tomato in a salad. :-)
I'm no good at these games but I'm going with tomato with the seeds removed. It looks gross though!
Michele sent me to say hi!
A tomato!
A tomato! No wait - it's a roasted pepper!
Merciful Zeus, I don't know what this one is, but I know it makes me want to squeal "eeeeuuuwwwwwwww!!!"
My first reaction was of horror and disgust (I'm sure that is what you were going for). However, undaunted, I continued to look in fascination at the picture. I believe it is a tomato, possibly munched on by a slug or snail (another gross topic, if you ask me).
A candle with a hole burnt through part of the wax?
It's a candle. I hate it when they burn like that - a hole down the middle. I'm going to be good and not make any remarks about this picture in relation to your hoo-ha. That would be inappropriate.
Voldemort, beneath the snakeskin.
No?
Oh, well, then I can see why people are saying tomato and candle, but my first impression was old fashioned donut followed by apricot.
I agree with Megan. I think it's a candle...............:-)
LOL!
My "first" thought/reaction was a tapeworm sucker-mouth. :fainting:
As usual, no clue. But I think you should plug it and cover it up!
