A perfect evening

Tonight I went to Newburyport with Megan and Jim, in the pouring rain, complete with fierce thunder and lightning! It eased up by the time we got there, tho, which was good as we ended up walking a bit to get to Aquatini. I had a extra dirty martini and some oysters and shared a cheese plate with Megan. Perfect! Afterwards we drove to Plum Island, sat out on the rocks and watched the lightning far off in the distance and talked. Magical!

Here's a flower that's growing in my front yard; enjoy!

You must have one amazing front yard! Wow!

Speaking of martini's, I am really in the mood for an appletini...it has been too long.
