Mushroom lasagne

I heart mushrooms! I'm bummed out I burned my favorite wooden spoon, tho!

I've been getting into taking food pictures lately, so you'll probably be seeing more and more ;-)

add me to the mushroom hearters list! :) This past weekend I made a lowfat garlic alfredo sauce for pasta, topped it off with sauteed baby portabellos and strips of rotisserie chicken. Mmmmmm It was t and simple.

Food pics and recipes are always well received.. ;)

A great thing I learned from my sister for any sort of vegie lasagne is to smear sour cream over the lasagne sheets. Yummo!
