Thirteen Things I Love that begin with the letter B

1. Blingo! I've won an Ipod Nano, a $200 Visa gift card, a $25 Amazon gift card, 3 $10 iTunes gift certs and 2 movie tickets; Zoot recently won $5,000.00!!! Free and clear, people, no strings! Won't you sign up as my blingo friend? Just click the link below if you'd like to!

Blingo

2. Birthdays: I love to celebrate mine, my friends', my family's, my dog's! Birthdays are something to enjoy; if you weren't born, you wouldn't be part of my life, therefore, I celebrate!

3. Bacon: Waking up and smelling it cooking is one of my favorite memories; throw in some coffee and woohoo!

4. Bagpipes: Amazing Grace played on bagpipes is ... well, amazing!

5. Boats: I love to go out on boats, fishing for stripers or just ... floating!

6. Bakeries: Particularly French ones...a cafe creme and a chocolat croissant...YUM!

7. Balcony: When I lived in Japan, I lived on the 6th floor of an building and I have two balconies, one off my living room and one off my bedroom. I loved to stand there at night and watch the city, and on a clear day, you could see Mt. Fuji. Beautiful!

8. Bar: I love going with friends to a bar, sitting and hanging out, chatting with the bartender...another favorite "B" word ;-)

9. Barefoot: My favorite state of being!

10. Beach: Especially during the off season, then I can bring the dogs and they can run and dig and just have fun!

11. Bonco: A dice game I played in Japan; it involves twelve people in sets of 4 that keep rotating from table to table. Boy, do I miss it!

12. Back in Black: One of my favorite AC/DC songs

13. Beginning: Things are often the most fun at the beginning

I love bars and french bakeries too ! And an empty beach is wonderful. I don't like when there are too many people.

Your home in Japan sounds divine!

Lovin' some AC/DC oh yeah! (-:

I love #3 and #6 hugely. (oh, the glories of the bakery! Full of lovely treats both wholesome and sinful! Mmm...)

Also, it makes me happy to know that I am not the only person who actually kinda likes bagpipes. They have a sort of essential thingness to them. Plus, the name for the sound they make is "skirling". What's not to love about that?

I have to say I think I love all those B things too, and B-movies, and your recipe for banada bread holy cow that looks good.

How wonderful how you worked in your Japanese connection to B's I love balcomies too...and isn't there something inredible about a balcony viewpoint when you are some place new?

I hope you have a chance to visit my TT list...I have a feeling you might enjoy some of the stuff there today.

Cheers heres my TT list...

What no blog?! No ice in my house. A floor of ice was just my poetic way to say the yard was covered with it. I have a poetic license you know!

What is Blingo? I'll have to investigate. Things are always more fun in the beginning, aren't they? That beginning enthusiasm is a rush!
