Thirteen Things I Love that begin with the letter A

1. Apples: My favorite is Macintosh :-)

2. Auntie Rosa: My cousin MB's mother

3. Angel perfume by Thierry Mugler: I was walking through a Sephora in Paris on the Champs-Elysees when I smelled this for the first time; it smelled like Christmas trees to me, although there are many other scents in it, too. This scent is the basis for my current fav, Snape; it's mixed 50/50 with Tunisian Opium.

4. Absinthe: Anything that tastes like licorice is fine with me!

5. Athens scented oil from BPAL: "voluptuous myrrh, golden honey, red wine, and sweet flowers"...yum!

6. Ale: Particularly Boddington's!

7. Alan Rickman: Especially as Professor Snape :-) ... you all probably didn't know that, huh?

8. A Girl Must Shop: A site Megan conceived and designed, it showcases unique and interesting products for girls (and boys!) to buy!

9. Adirondack chairs: Especially when they're overlooking a body of water...one of my favorite things to photograph.

10. Artichokes: Such a fun food to eat, peeling off the leaves one by one, scraping the end on your top teeth, and then ... the heart! Delicious!

11. Asparagas: Nothing says spring like fresh asparagas, and I prefer mine simply cooked, with no sauce or butter.

12. Aragorn: Shhhhh, don't tell Pat I think so, but he's DAMN sexy.

13. Angel food cake: My favorite dessert :-)

What a cool idea for a TT. I think Im going to get the Scattagories Dice and roll it and get a letter and try this myself.

Does BPAL have a sampler-basket? And do they give referrer discounts? Because I'm about ready to give their stuff a try, and I wouldn't have found out about them if I hadn't seen you enthusing about their essential oils and blends.

Have you ever tried Ambrosia apples? They're only really available in the winter months (or they're only in stores for about three months, during the winter), and I love them! Sliced apples are good peanut-butter
delivery vehicles :D

Ah ! don't talk about artichokes ! The first time I ate them I ate it all ! hairs included. I had never seen such a thing. Now of course I know and I also like them very much.

Out of your list, I'd say Adirondack chairs and Aragorn are my faves. I'm a beach bum, though; I have to love the chairs! :)

I like asparagus, I just hate how it makes urine smell funny.

Angel's delicious, isn't it? It smells vaguely peach-ish on me for some reason, but I love it...it's a little "Hello, sailor!" for daytime wear, but there's Angel Innocent for that if I want to stick with the same scent family. ;)

Artichokes are fabulousness. Ever had the hearts on pizza? Delicious with some grilled chicken and kalamata olives...

...now I'm hungry! Crap! :)

Cool list. I like most of that stuff (if I've experienced it), not really artichokes but I haven't had fresh ones, only canned and I like fresh asparagus but not canned.

I like #1 and #13. My favorite apple used to be Red Delicious, but we buy different varieties now.

Wow, when you make a list like that you really see how many terrific things begin with A. You have continued to find fun ways to write your TT list, it always amazies me.

I love adirondack chairs too...I find I can read in one for hours and hours! The perfect angle for long time sitting. And they conveniently hold an ale on the arm. Arm that begins with A.

Great fun list!

I was almost AWOl...had a rough couple weeks in Canada...but I put that behind and missed you! and am glad to catch up to TT-ers yipppeee!!!

I love angel food too!... and Alan Rickman does an awesome job... honestly, I couldn't imagine anyone else in the role... course, I loved him in Die Hard too!
