The many faces of friendship!

I'm so very thankful for my friends...life would dull indeed without them! Thursday, I met Megan for a drink and afterward we wandered the mall. She spread good cheer wherever she went; amazing the power of positivity! Friday, I met my cousin, her husband & her daughter for a birthday dinner in Concord, NH; I think we all had a good time! Saturday, Michelle and I met for an impromptu movie (Running With Scissors, such a disappointment) and quick bite; while at dinner, poor Michelle got an earful of my woes. Today, Krista and I saw two scary movies from "HorrorFest - 8 Films To Die For"; Wicked Little Things and The Hamiltons (vampires!) while eating a nutrious and delicious supper of a hotdog (me), nachos (her), popcorn (both) and for dessert Reece's Pieces (her) and a chocolate wafer bar (me), washed down, natch, with two HUGE medium diet cokes. Don't go to the movies on an empty stomach!

"Running With Scissors" was such a disappointment. The book was so much better, but that's often the case.

I love the shot with the tribute to Munch's "The Scream"- hilarious!
