Random and Odd wants us to take a picture of what our "fall" looks like (and by "fall" I'm sure she means autumn, cause me falling is not a pretty sight!):

From a bright green, to beautiful shades of red, orange & yellow, there is nothing more beautiful than autumn!

2. Show me the beauty of where you call home:


The beautiful leaves on the tree, pumpkins piled underneath, some hay bales thrown in ... this is my favorite autumn picture!

3. Your favorite part of the weather changing:


Sweatshirts!!! Ok, not so much the plaid pants, but that's why they're on the scarecrow and not on me LOL; plaid shirts are fine, however :-)

I can see why the second shot is a favorite. It's really great and I don't think you could create a better shot if you had staged it. I love how the tips of the leaves on the tree are just starting to turn orange-red.

We dont have all that much color yet but its on its way!!!!

This weekend we are taking a ride northwest of here...its changing nicely there.....I will try to post some pics.....

That last picture cracked me up! The little dog overcoming the scarecrow. It was the plaid pants, I'm sure.

Very nice! Your second pic is a textbook example of excellent composition...proper rule of thirds, excellent colors and a nice break between common colors. I really like the first one as I am always a sucker for tight shots. I LOVE that dog!!!

I played this week as well, so come on by...I always like to hear from fellow photogs on my stuff. This is the first week that I really got to shoot some stuff for me...seems like all I have been doing lately is shooting for everyone else!!

An article in yesterday's paper about plaid making a comeback in the fashion world. Not that I could ever wear plaid pants since I'm too short to do it well.
