Here's last Wednesday's picture:
This is what it was cropped from:
Pam got it right this week, she said: "It's one of those light bulbs you find that have a reflective surface on the bottom so's not to overglare. You find them in restaurants...like Red Robin."; in fact, I did take this picture in a restaurant, Sweet Tomatoes in West Newton. I liked Monique's answer best: "...it's clearly the reflection of a room in the eye of a vampire.", cause y'all know I have a thang for vampires ;-) Thanks for playing!

the center of a gerberer daisy!!! I LOVE them!!!!
Well the obvious answer would be some kind of flower but I suspect this is a close up of a head of hair (with a bad blonde dye job) after the owner of said hair got too wild with the curling iron and singed her hair!
A sunflower center!
I was gonna guess the center of a sunflower or daisy or used coffee grounds. :-)
My WW is up. Hope you are having a Wonderful Wednesday!
The end of fosythia. But it's a forsythia bush.
It is either the center of a sunflower of a pieve of almost burnt toast really close up!
it looks like the center of a sunflower to me. i love your last week's wednesday picture. i love doing stuff like that.
This is the stamen of a flower.. most likely a sunflower, but its a flower.. or an armpit *L*
Looks like the center of a flower, but more specific than that I'm not sure.
Oooh, I love these! Unfortunately, I'm not very good at them. Looks like a flower to me, one of those with lots of little flowers in one. like an agapanthus
It looks like the stuff I am coughing up! LOL! Sunflower! Or maybe a flip flop, no Crocks. Ha, Ha!
I'm never quick enough on the draw to be first with an answer, but I'll say it anyway - looks like the center of a sunflower to me.
When I first looked at it, I thought it was a super-aerial shot of people running to the center of something....but when I couldn't make out arms and legs too definitively, I stepped back and saw the flower in all its beauty and glory.
beeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee-utiful. :)
It looks like the center of a flower to me as well. A black eyed susan maybe -- just to be different from the rest.
Now you should have saved those for saturdays photo hunt! Lookin up!
it looks like a sponge
That is the center part of a flower, I'm sure. Either that, or my brain on drugs. lol
