1. Max LOVES to run & jump; he'd be outstanding at agility!
2. Wolf burps REALLY LOUDLY just once after he's done eating.
3. Max was abused as a puppy by a little boy and so has some issues; he's had some therapy for those issues!
4. Wolf's first year was mostly spent indoors; the pads on his paws were as soft as a baby's bottom when I first got him!
5. Max is a pretty golden color.
6. Wolf, while certainly pretty, is a lighter, more faded gold than Max.
7. Max's tail looks like a deer tail!
8. Wolf has been mistaken for a fox.
9. Max's tongue is pink with 5 big black spots!
10. Wolf's tail is very curly, except when he's frightened...then it hangs straight down.
11. Max loves to cuddle and sleep under the blanket on my bed.
12. Wolf only cuddles in the morning, and only for a few minutes. He won't sleep on the bed if I'm in it.
13. Max was an only dog for about a year and he loved it!

OOOH! I've got a Max too and he's a great dog. Yours look and sound like luvvies. Dogs are my favorite even though cats lay on you and purr (which is nice too!)

Such a nice list!! We have a dog that we adopted from the shelter a couple of years back. She was abused and left out in the country. :( She had a litter of puppies but they died out there. Sometimes she still cowers like when my husband is just trying to play with her..but she is getting SO much better!

My own Wolfie sounds more like Max esp in the cuddle dept, so Paul and I have decided to rename Wolfie Maxie. :P

I think it's funny that Wolf's tail uncurls when he's scared. :) My cat tucks his between his legs when he's scared. :)

Oh the stories I could tell about these two! Hihi!!! Both are totally beautiful dogs, although I think Max has the sweeter of the two temperments. Wolf is way too independent to need sweetness and light, ya know?

This morning I was getting the kids' breakfasts ready and there was a (unusual) moment of quiet (imagine that!) and suddenly, there was this really loud **BRAAAAAKKKKK**.

I look over, and it's Tilly, our German Shepherd, looking quite pleased that her breakfast had come up so she could taste it again. LOL!

I have one to add about Wolf....whenever I see him he always looks just a litle bit sleepy....its just his eyes but it makes him look even more adoreable.

Dogs aren't as kewl as cats, but they're alright I guess.

Poor Razz doesn't burp and do other silly things as much as he used to. He does sneeze alot when he's excited which is always funny.

I wonder if dogs prefer being only dogs or if they like having a friend around. Razz grew up with another dog but has been an only dog for years and doesn't seem to be all that thrilled or interested when other dogs are around. Probably just an old man thing.

Max and Wolf are adorable. They sound like they are a lot of fun. I have a dog (Smokie) and a cat (Boxer) and they give us a lot of pleasure. I can't imagine life without them.

Great list! My dog, Sam, (who wrote my TT list last week) belches loudly, too. Sam has this thing about bodily functions - they upset him - and he used to get really bad tummy aches because he would not belch. After a lot of cherry Gas-X and some lavish praise, he now belches like a truck driver, but no more tummy aches!
