I was going to say Blue Man butt cheeks and actually thought it was a unique idea until I real all the other comments!

My first thought was the top of the legs of Bronze statue. They go blue -- I've seen the Statue of Liberty. It would have to be a lady though as I do not see the tell tell signs for the male.
