Silly quizzes. I'm here for SPH, but I just got back from seeing the movie. I didn't like it as much as the first, but it WAS good.
I saw it last night! Loved it. Now the question is, who will Elizabeth choose in 3?
I saw this tonight as well. I have to say I did love it but loved the first one better.
I loved Dead Man's Chest. Ok, maybe not quite as scintillating as the first one, but it's the middle movie of a trilogy and is thus really only half a movie, so I forgive them. It was still full of delicious piratey goodness.
And those last ten seconds before the credits roll...!
(Oh, I did guess correctly what the monk's reward would be. But will they make use of it in the next film the way they did with the monkey?)
I just knew you would be breaking down the doors to the theater to go and see this! And I bet you were drooling the entire time too!

I liked the movie ok. I am a fan of the first one more, but then, it's a middle movie, so maybe the last one will be the redeemer.
I loved it too- better than the first one! oh crap, I knew we should have stuck around until the end. we did sit through half of them. can you let me know the secret?

Loved it! You'll have to email me and tell me what happened at the end. Though normally a credit watcher our theatre evidently decided that it would feel like a more authentic experience if we all felt like we hadn't bathed in weeks and after 3+ hours, including trailers, I just had to have some fresh, cool air.
