Stuff Portrait Friday

Ms. Random and Odd is off doing pre-wedding stuff this week, so her fiance has stepped in to fill her shoes...bet he looks sexay in those heels! Anyway, this is the assignment:

1. Something with a story behind it. Photograph something that has a story behind it. And yes, you might have to actually write a little bit on this one. Good, sad, funny, made-up...does it really matter? It IS the internet. Be creative.

2. A Random and Odd photo. Pick anything. A picture you've taken, one that you've found on the net. Doesn't matter. I'm making the rules, so don't tell me what your usual blogger tells you to do! For this picture, the reader on your blog needs to write a story or caption for your picture, so get something unique.

3. In keeping with the recurring wedding theme, a photo of something borrowed. This is pretty self-explanatory.

Ok, here goes:

1. Something with a story behind it:
warlock and pet
This picture was taken on Halloween in Salem, MA. I'm 95% sure this was all an act...but it still creeped me out. I felt such sad vibes from the 'pet' (guy in the middle with his stomach showing). It's hard to tell in the photo, but he had a huge rack of like tree limbs decorated with leaves and pieces of torn black cloth. He's got "cuts" on his face., and he's looking at that girl as if he's like to eat her...or worse! Very strange. If you view this picture at the original size, you can see many more details...even creepier!

2. A Random and Odd photo:
legolas1
Ok, readers, make up a story or caption for this picture please!

3. A photo of something borrowed:
angel
I "borrowed" MaryEllen to get this photo...isn't she an angel!

Go ahead. Look at my flowers. They're such big flowers. You know you want to look.

OK, forgive me for my cheeky-ness. It's early. It's Friday. :)

I just calculated the velocity to lift equation, the result is I'd never get my bulk off the ground.

Legolas says: "I like to do some Ikebana in my spare time. Y'know, when I'm not saving the Middle-Earth from all that is unholy."

#2: "Unfortunately, due to a well-placed floral arrangement, Janet was unable to capture an image of Legolas' true elfin magic"

or is it "elven"? or "elvin"?

or "elvis"?

#2 Janet's friends gifted her with the X-rated version of the Leggy poster, but being the shy unassuming virgin that she is the parts in question were always strategically covered from her eyes, those passing by in the hall however got a great view!

I played!

Your picture story is very spooky! I'd freak out if I saw any of them walking down the street toward me - Halloween or not... and your angel is lovely.

My caption: Strong enough for a man, but made for a woman!

Hmmm, true, a weird Halloween.

Caption: Will the flowers work to get Maid Marion, or should I use an arrow?

I played.

That really is a scary first pic! That due looks seriously demented! That other dude looks like the late guitarist of Pantera!

Great SPF!

I played as well!

Hey I think I know that guy in the big hat. Well, not KNOW know but, worked in the same rennaisance faire? Maybe?

OH I want to think of a caption so bad but I'm so not clever like that! mmf.:)

Caption: "Now that the safety of Middle-Earth had been secured, Legolas decided to try his hand at interior decorating."

Cool pic of Salem. Weird place normally, but even more so @ Halloween!
