Hope everyone had a good weekend! I barely left the house except to go shopping; Friday I stopped at Home Goods and bought a 15 x 10 jelly roll pan (used it Sat & Sun, too lol) and a whisk. Saturday & Sunday, food shopping, cooking, a bit of cleaning and lots of tivo watching.

Did any of you catch Al Gore in the opening segment of SNL? OMG I nearly peed my pants laughing. The oil thing especially...LOL!

Sunday I made dinner from recipes I found over at Amuse Bouche and MAN, was it GOOD! My brother ate almost all the tenderloin LOL! Thanks, Jo, for your help with that :-)

And the rain...will it ever stop?
