When I was driving Friday afternoon, I saw these clouds in the distance (pictures were taken with my camera phone):

Drove a couple more miles down the highway and the sky looked like this:

very weird weather!

its kinda strange here too......started out nice this morning....then got cloudy, rainy and VERY warm....now the sun is coming out again......

i love it when the sky's like that - look to the left bright blue with puffy clouds - look to the right dark and grey and forboding.

Love the first photo. Sorry to read on your calendar that your Mom passed away in December. Sucks ay? My mom died last June.

Cool storm pics. I have a love/hate relationship with storms. The clouds and the whole ominous atmosphere of the things both fascinate me and remind me of storms in my childhood...as a homeowner I hate the damage they do to trees, plants, house, cars, etc.

Wow, great pictures Janet-as usual! Alex loves storms. I must admit that they scare me. I hate thunder. I try to just think that it's God bowling. That helps a little. HA HA HA. I will definitely miss the crazy weather here in New England! I'll especially miss the fall. That's my absolute favorite season! I love visiting Salem, MA in the fall! There's nothing like the North Shore during October. It reminds me of my college days at SSC, and the rest I'll keep to myself. HA HA HA
