I spent a VERY quiet weekend and loved it! Saturday, I washed, ironed and rehung the curtains, washed & waxed the kitchen & bathroom floors, vacuumed and dusted the living room and dining room, cleaned the bathroom and hung a new shower curtain (skinny, shimmery blue & green stripes). Sunday, Dad and I met Larry up at Parker's Maple Barn for breakfast; when I got home, I took Max for a loooong walk thru the woods. Poor Wolf didn't get a walk, I felt kind of bad, but I wanted to take pictures, and it's hard to do with him. Max'll just sit there and wait for me, plus I can trust him off leash.

-we had a great dinner out with friends on Sat. night (in spite of my mangled thumb) ....lots of alcohol consumption by everyone - but me...I drank club soda with lime (I know...I know...boring)

It was quiet Saturday and Sunday was waaaay busy. Meeting Bernie and then dinner at The Woodshed! Great meal and ambiance.

Sounds like a good weekend. Mine was busy, but no cleaning involved, unfortunately :-P Running errands, shopping, eating, cutting hair, taking pics, etc. I'm pooped. :)

It was really nice, thanks for asking! The weather was nice, Saturday we met family for lunch and then got together with friends to celebrate their daughter's birthdays. It was a night of great food and laughs as we visited and then held a dance contest and watched all the little kids dance and carry on...very fun! Sunday before work was spent watching the new Pride and Prejudice (again!!!) and sitting outside on the back deck reading in the warm sunshine.
Next weekend cannot come soon enough!!!

I need to wash the kitchen and bathroom floors too. Our kitchen floor is white, so I'm clueless as what to use...
