Last week this time I was at the airport, waiting for Kim with ME and Mo, anticipating this:
This week? Probably this:
But it's all good, I'm alive, I had a great weekend.
Ended up going to see The Libertine with Krista & Michelle Saturday afternoon. Ohmygoodlord can Johnny Depp act!!! It's a hard movie to watch for many reasons; a few are it's dark and sad and from time to time hard to hear what's being said, but...O.M.G.
Today I went to Nashua at 8 (A.M.!!!) to get tires for the car. They didn't have the size they'd assured me they did in the brand I wanted, so they gave me a different (better) size of the same brand at the same price as the lesser tire. Score!
Walked around Target while the tires were getting done, and found a gazillion things I wanted to buy (clothes, a shelf for the bathroom, flip flops) but walked out with only one thing (a sympathy card that said what I wanted it to say that I'd been looking for for quite some time).
Went home, got the dogs and took them for a walk in Carlisle. Ticks be damned; I LOVE that place. It's so peaceful and mmmm, it smells so nice out in the woods.
Then I drove BACK to NH (get a brain, chickie) to pick up some pictures I'd had for sale that didn't sell, came home, watched Goblet of Fire (definitely my least favorite of the 4 movies so far) and am now making rosemary chicken for dinner.

Love the picture comparisons!
You've got some major control at Target- I would have gotten it all!!
Sounds like a good weekend all & all!
Dang woman with all the driving you did this weekend it is no suprise that you need new tires!
Wait, explain the tire size thing again? Are you sure that they didn't sell you the wrong size tires? Because better size? I don't understand.
We just got the Goblet of Fire special edition to see if anything is new. I haven't watched it yet - the special edition. The one we got off the Internet was horrible that I hardly watched it - the quality of it. I miss the real Dumbledore! And I want to see more Moaning Myrtle. I love her!!!
rosemary chicken sounds nice, we had papa ginos. god we have got to start cooking more often, urgh. lol.
hold on a minute... you were 4 miles from my house and didn't come make me rosemary chicken!
At least the variances in weather for you are due to being in two different places! My post today in part chronicles the crazy 3 days of weather we've had here. Bizarre!
Glad you enjoyed Mr. Depp's performance. I'm sure I'll here they play by play from my friend Pat who is a Depp fanatic.
Target is great. I love Target and hate Walmart...go figure.
That poor turtle looks like I feel!
Michele sends me today.
